Nessie sighted? HUGE mystery creature caught on camera at Loch Ness
The strange black shape was the size of three men
A MYSTERY creature as big as three grown men has been caught on camera emerging from Loch Ness – and a monster hunter thinks it’s the mythical beast.
Eoin O’Faodhagain was watching the water via webcam on Friday when his “heart jumped” seeing a large black shape break the surface.
“I noticed a spot in the water causing a disturbance at the edge of the webcam screen to the right,” he said.
“My heart jumped because I thought this disturbance was not the norm.
“The spot of this disturbance gets bigger and longer, and it changes over the course of the sighting.
“The estimated size of the disturbance is 18 feet at its longest.

“I examined the footage and I am convinced it is not a surface vessel of any kind, because it keeps changing its appearance.”
He continued: “There are no known creatures in Loch Ness that size.
“It could be the Loch Ness Monster; the sighting is very unusual, and that in itself puts it into the realm of Nessie – but it needs further analysis.”
Mr O’Faodhagain, 59, made his sighting using a webcam maintained by Mikko Takala of Nessie on the Net near Urquhart Castle on the loch’s western shore.
“The sighting of the object in the water is quite distinct, because the surrounding surface water is calm,” he said.
“There were no visible surface vessels on the water when I began recording the footage.”
Mr O’Faodhagain often logs on to watch the water from his home in County Donegal, Ireland.
But this summer he’ll be searching for Nessie in person as part of The Quest weekend 2024.
Over the years, he’s racked up multiple entries in the Official Loch Ness Monster Sightings Register.
But new restrictions concerning webcam sightings have kept his recent contributions off the record.
